Carmen Peters

Carmen is the Director of ISADD, a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA), and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner. Carmen also leads ISADD’s Early Childhood Intervention team and has extensive experience supporting children, families, and schools across a range of developmental and behavioural needs. She has a strong background in Positive Behaviour Support, Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), and early intervention, with a particular focus on practical, family-centred support that leads to meaningful outcomes in everyday life. Carmen is passionate about working collaboratively with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to build skills, improve quality of life, and support positive long-term outcomes for participants.

 

Jura Tender

Jura is the Psychology Lead at ISADD and founder of the organisation, with more than 30 years of experience supporting children, families, and individuals with developmental and behavioural needs. Jura has extensive expertise in autism, developmental disabilities, Positive Behaviour Support, and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). She is passionate about providing evidence-based, individualised support and works collaboratively with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to support meaningful outcomes, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Tracey Copeland

Tracey Copeland is part of the leadership team at ISADD and plays a key role in supporting the organisation’s operations, service delivery, and team coordination. Tracey works closely with staff, families, and professionals to help ensure participants receive consistent, high-quality support across services. She is passionate about creating a positive and supportive environment for both families and staff, with a strong focus on organisation, communication, and collaborative teamwork.

 

Lisa Cleary

Lisa is a Program Supervisor at ISADD with extensive experience supporting children, families, and schools across a range of developmental and behavioural needs. Lisa has a strong background in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Positive Behaviour Support, and early intervention, and is passionate about providing practical, individualised support that helps participants build meaningful skills and independence. She works closely with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive environments and achieve positive outcomes for participants.

 

Jenny kallawk

Jenny Kallawk is a Program Supervisor at ISADD with experience supporting children, families, and schools across a range of developmental and behavioural needs. Jenny has a strong interest in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Positive Behaviour Support, and early intervention, with a focus on helping participants develop practical skills that support independence and participation in everyday life. She is passionate about building positive relationships with families and creating supportive, engaging environments where participants can build confidence, learn new skills, and work towards meaningful goals.

 

Rogini Varma

Rogini is a Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analyst (BCaBA), Behaviour Support Practitioner, and Program Supervisor at ISADD. She has experience supporting children and families across home, school, and community settings, with a strong focus on Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Positive Behaviour Support, and practical skill development. Rogini is passionate about creating supportive and engaging environments that help participants build independence, confidence, and meaningful everyday skills. She values working closely with families, schools, and other professionals to provide consistent and individualised support for each participant.

 

The Team

ISADD’s Key Workers and Behaviour Support Team provide practical, individualised support for participants across home, school, and community settings. The team works closely with families, schools, and clinical supervisors to support skill development, emotional regulation, communication, independence, and participation in everyday life. Using evidence-based approaches, including Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behaviour Support, the team focuses on building supportive environments and helping participants achieve meaningful and positive outcomes.

 

The Team

ISADD’s Therapy Team provides both therapy support and specialised support work for participants across home, school, and community settings. Working closely with Program Supervisors, Behaviour Support Practitioners, families, and schools, the team supports participants to build skills in areas such as communication, independence, emotional regulation, social interaction, play, community access, and everyday living. Our Therapy Assistants and Support Workers receive ongoing training and supervision to help ensure supports are individualised, evidence-based, and focused on meaningful outcomes that improve participation and quality of life.

 

Linda Thomas

Linda is the Service Coordinator at ISADD and is the first point of contact for families and professionals accessing services. Linda plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day coordination of services, communication, scheduling, and administrative support across the organisation. She is passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive experience for families and works closely with the ISADD team to help ensure services run smoothly and efficiently.
